1.  Master Information module: - In this module the one time data entry that is student information, city Information, Book classification, book type, binding type, issue category, book status, rack information, etc. will be maintain. 2.  Purchasing module: - This is one of the important parts of the software because it will content the new book purchasing, periodical information, billing details. Here the accession no of book will be maintained & bar code will be prepared for printing. With regarding the book information all the management information be also maintained. Likewise Information about the rack arrangement, Section no., no of pages, and selection facility of authors, publishers, book category, etc. 3.  Transaction module: - This module daily used b’use it will cover all the transaction like book issue, book return, book issue (reference), book return (reference). The important thing is to maintain the book information so here in this cover the book maintenance information like recover, book binding, payment of member, etc. 4.  Deposit Module: -In this all the information about students class and there deposit for the library. Through this module maintain the information about deposition and return library deposits. 5.  Administrative Module: -This is restrictive part of the software in this calculation no dues, Some Administrative instruction, mention the holidays in the year. New user facility i.e. facility of login for the software. This all tasks perform in this module. 6.  Search Engine: - It is used for the search the books whether it is available or not. Search Engine searches the books by accession no, by author, by publisher, by putting name of the book. So student can easily get availability of books. Subject wise searched. 7.  Reports: - In this part of the project we mention the all reports. The list of reports is as below, for getting the rpts. 8.  Books Information Report: - In this enter the book accession no from – to for getting the book information rpt. 9.  Receipt: - In this enter the receipt id & name of the member. 10.  Book searching Report: - In this the book searching in bet the accession no enter the book accession no. Or author or subject. 11.  Find book Report: - This is useful availability of the books. here enter the book acc. No. So we get the status of book. 12.  Periodical Information Report: -Here we get the list of periodical select from that list and get the report in that we cover the periodical id, issue no, Edition wise, type of periodical, price, etc. 12.  Date wise periodical Information Report: - This report gives you the correct information about regularity of periodicals. 13.  Book Maintenance Report: -In Book maintenance report Book acc no., name of vendor and report get the date of issue to maintain the book. 14.  Books Counting Report:-In books counting there are four reports of different type they are status wise books counting, section wise book counting, language wise book counting, subjectwise book counting. 15.  Book Incoming Report:-In books Incoming reports there are three types Book Issue Transaction Report, Yearwise incoming books, Monthly Periodical coming report. 16.  Due, Deposit, Collection Reports:-In this Student wise deposit collection, student wise Due Collection report, Year wise Deposit Collection, Year wise total collection, Year wise Deposit Return. 17.  Subject wise book Costing Report: - Separately counting of each type of book. 18.  Rack Information report: - Arrangement of rack reports. 19.  Subject wise no of Language books: - the books available are of language and subject wise description.
